“This wallpaper project extends my ongoing exploration of iteration, symbol, and surface into the architectural environment. Drawing from hieroglyphs, graffiti, and fashion as visual languages of repetition and identity, the symbols function as conduits to self and tethers to spiritual consciousness, carrying historical memory into the present. Repeated across the wall, the marks behave like a patterned textile or garment – worn by the space itself – transforming the interior into an immersive field rather than a backdrop. As the work shifts from face and canvas to fabric, furniture, and now wallpaper, the symbols remind in motion, evolving through scale, and rhythm while dissolving boundaries between art, fashion, and lived space.”
